Although this appears to be a newly built home, it was actually a very extensive addition/renovation project.  Not much of the original house remains other than the foundation and some structural members.  Situated on a large property on Lakeshore Rd, this house has elegant features blended with a casual cottage feel.  The use of natural stone, genuine wood windows and siding, yield plenty of character for this lovely dwelling.
